Senior Manager Business Analysis

Mirketa Inc is looking to hire a Senior Manager Consulting Services (Business Analysis) to manage a team of Business Analysts/ Product Owners, client relationships and requirements management tools and practices. The position will be based at Mirketa office in Noida or Bangalore.

The responsibilities of the Senior Manager Consulting Services will include providing oversight on requirement management for projects across Mirketa from Discovery phase to Production deployments. The person will be responsible for leading a team of Functional Consultants/Analysts/POs to identify, analyze, document and explain business and system processes, systems requirements, functional design and manage the project requirements.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Manage delivery of a client projects assigned to him/her to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Work with offshore PMO team to setup best practices for Requirements Management
• Create statement of work, amendments and other client contracts
• Manage client relationships to facilitate account growth
• Help Sales team with pre-sales activities by participating in Sales calls as a solutioning expert
• Hire Consultants with deep experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
• Manage and groom a team of Functional Consultants
• Lead client workshops for requirements and process discovery as needed
• Perform assessments of existing information systems, and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis and implementation to meet enterprise architecture and infrastructure goals.
• Lead client training sessions on the new process/systems as needed
• Facilitate process and systems requirements discovery sessions with business and system stakeholders as needed
• Review and provide guidance for business processes documentation
• Review system requirements including - Business Epics, User Stories, Data Flow Diagrams, Use Case Diagram, Business Entity Relationship Models, System Flow Diagram, UI Wireframes, User Personas, Class Diagrams etc.
• Help clients manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals.
• Participate in reviews and demos with the client to track ongoing development.
• Create and or review project execution plan and manage the development project

Skills and Qualifications:

• Have managed a team of 10 or more business analysts team
• Have 15+ years of experience in software development projects as developer, business systems analysts/Product Owner, project manager/Scrum Master and People Manager
• 10+ years of experience documenting requirements using Use Cases, Epics/Stories, Business Process Diagrams, Entity Relationship Modeling/Business Object Modeling and other common techniques used in the industry for requirements documentation
• Must have experience training team members on Requirements Management tools and practices
• Have 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce or NetSuite projects as a consultant
• Nice to have 8+ years of experience in leading requirements for US based client projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills and presentation skills
• Have technical background to understand the basic building blocks of the software
• Comfortable with working in a small startup environment with limited resources
• Have experience working with Agile team
• Nice to have experience in working on Salesforce implementation projects
• Must be able to work under pressure with tight timelines
• Must be able to think of solutions and influence people towards a solutions
• Nice to have: Salesforce Consultant certifications
• Must be able to plan work and manage team deliverables across different projects
• Must have managed a portfolio of 10 of more projects at the same time
• Must have: Consulting background
• Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in completing tasks
• Must have a bachelor's degree
