Senior Manager - Business Development & Projects

Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 12 - 15 LPA)

1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with
company's growth strategy.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and
emerging trends.

3. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate business development
activities.

4. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, suppliers, and
industry influencers.

5. Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives.

6. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established goals and objectives.

7. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely
project delivery.

8. Identify and mitigate potential risks, challenges, and obstacles to project success.
9. Identify opportunities for geographical and market expansion, both domestically and internationally.
10. Conduct market feasibility studies and develop market entry strategies for new locations.
11. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and key accounts.
12. Monitor and analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
13. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and
recommendations for business growth.
