Role Summary/Job Specifications:
Key Responsibilities:
· Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and effective collaboration. Identify new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
· Strategic Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects to achieve business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, product, call center, IT, and finance.
· Content Creation and Management: Develop high-quality content for various channels including presentations, website, campaigns, and marketing materials. Manage website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
· Campaign Marketing Execution: Drive the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email, WhatsApp, etc. Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to maximize results.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
· Reporting and MIS: Generate regular reports and MIS to track project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Creative Support: Provide creative support for proposition development, campaign ideation, and content creation. Ensure that all marketing materials are compelling and on-brand.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
-Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in partnership management, project management, Digital marketing or related roles
-Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving strategic projects to completion.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint
-Experience in content writing, website content management, and digital marketing
-Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
