Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for optimisation and growth of the Customer App of the organization and the broad responsbilities are as follow:

• Mobile app development support and Integrations
• ASO implementation and app optimization
• App growth and increase in app engagement
• App marketing campaigns to promote the mobile app

Key Responsibilities:

App Development and Enhancement:

• Work closely with your in-house development team to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Align app development efforts with organizational goals and customer requirements.
• Liaise between the vendors and the internal stakeholders to build new features and enhancements in the app.
• Ensure that UX/UI enhancements align with user needs and business objectives.

Listing Optimization:

• Optimize app listing pages on platforms like Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store.
• Improve visibility, downloads, and user engagement by optimizing app descriptions, screenshots, and other elements.
• Customizing app listings for different regions and languages.

App Campaigns;

• Manage app campaign strategy across products to increase leads and conversions
• Develop and implement app marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Manage paid user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and other ad networks.
• Build and manage loyalty programs for existing customers

Monitoring and Analysis:

• Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor app performance metrics (downloads, ratings, reviews).
• Analyse user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, latest app marketing tools and software.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate / Post Graduate
• 6-8 years of overall experience in digital marketing with 3-4 experience in app marketing with a solid foundation. Have demonstrated familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, etc. to analyse user behaviour, track KPIs, and optimize app performance.
• Experience in using MMPs for tracking app installs, attribution, user engagement, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing tools.
• Exposure to customer data platforms, marketing automation tools for email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification campaigns
• Demonstrated expertise in mobile app advertising
• Proficient in media strategy, optimizing media budgets and experience in campaign execution and placements.
• Having strong data analysis capabilities and effectiveness at using analytics for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and agencies.
• Staying updated about app trends, emerging technologies, and user preferences.
• Leading and motivating teams to execute campaigns successfully.
