Job Description - Senior Manager Digital, Salesforce Technical Lead

Financial Outcomes Design and implement Salesforce based application strategy that supports the organization's business goals and long-term technology vision. Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions in keeping with the application strategy. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve and enhance the Salesforce application strategy.Customer Service Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, security, and business units to ensure design alignment and effective execution of projects. Serve as a subject matter expert in design matters, providing guidance and recommendations to technical teams and stakeholders.Internal Processes Lead the design and implementation of Saleforce solutions and ensure it connects various downstream and upstream applications, systems, and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time communication. Ensure that the DevSecOps Process is dated and followed everytime.Innovation and Learning Drive innovation by researching and proposing new technologies, architectural patterns, and solutions that can enhance business processes and customer experiences. Regularly assess the effectiveness of existing designs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance and efficiency. Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.What are the Critical success factors for the Role? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Total experience of 8-10 years of CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform development and architecture. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I and II, Advanced Administrator, JavaScript). Experience in defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable the achievement of the desired business outcomes Strong background in the design/development of large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure FMCG/CPG/Retail/Telecom experience will be preferred Must have excellent communication skills to work across multiple hierarchy levels within the organization Strong understanding of project management nuances.What are the Desirable success factors for the Role? Ability to debug performance issues, both at the client layer and apex layer Knowledge of different integration patterns and various asynchronous capabilities in salesforce and its use cases
