About the Role

The Sr Manager - Finance position will lead a team of associates and will be responsible for overseeing accounting, MIS and reporting, banking, treasury operations and compliances across Bhavin’s portfolio of operating companies and investments spanning across the globe including US, EU, Middle East, India and more.

• Accounting: Ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting consolidation of the group holding companies
• Compliances: Ensuring timely completion, filing and tracking of corporate, audit and tax compliances
• Corp Dev: Work with the Corp dev and Investments team to assist them in financial due diligence during MnA
• FPnA: Review monthly budgets and MIS of the group operating companies
• Treasury Operations: Maximize returns on cash assets

• Experience in accounting, audit and MIS
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen

• Accounting / CFA / CA degree
• 6+ years work experience in Sr accounting roles
• Work experience comprising time at a top accounting firm across a diverse client base followed by corporate experience in the tech or financial services sector is ideal
