Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Finance & Company Secretary will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial planning, project costing, statutory compliance, and corporate governance functions. The role will play a key part in supporting real estate development projects through effective financial planning, cash flow management, MIS reporting, and regulatory compliance.
The incumbent will also oversee company secretarial responsibilities, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, corporate governance standards, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Project Costing
Develop and manage financial plans and budgets for real estate projects.
Prepare and monitor project costing, financial feasibility, and cost control mechanisms.
Support management in financial decision-making and project profitability analysis.
Cash Flow & Financial Management
Manage cash flow planning and monitoring across multiple real estate projects.
Ensure effective utilization of funds and alignment with project timelines.
Monitor receivables, payables, and overall financial health of projects.
MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis
Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, financial dashboards, and performance reports for management review.
Provide insights into project performance, cost variance, and financial risks.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with taxation regulations including GST, income tax, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, corporate governance requirements, and statutory filings.
Manage board meetings, board documentation, minutes preparation, and regulatory filings.
Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with real estate regulatory requirements and statutory obligations.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS).
Candidates with dual qualification (CA + CS) will be preferred.
Experience Required
8–12 years of experience in finance and company secretarial roles.
Prior experience in real estate / construction / infrastructure sector is preferred.
Strong experience in financial planning, project costing, MIS reporting, and compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of financial management and project finance in real estate.
Good understanding of corporate governance and statutory compliance.
