This role combines platform delivery ownership, project/program management, and strong financial governance, acting as the single point of accountability for ServiceNow demand, execution, vendor performance, and value realization.\n\nAt dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional. ServiceNow Platform \u0026 Delivery Ownership\n\n * Own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC (as applicable).\n * Manage demand intake, backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and release execution.\n * Ensure stable, scalable, and secure platform delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and IT standards.\n * Coordinate design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare activities across internal teams and System Integrators.\n * Drive continuous improvement, automation, and technical debt reduction across the platform.\n\n\n\n2\\. Project \u0026 Program Management\n\n * Lead ServiceNow and related IT projects through the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.\n * Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.\n * Run governance forums, project reviews, and steering committees.\n * Manage RAID logs, change requests, and delivery recovery plans when required.\n * Ensure adherence to agreed delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / SAFe as applicable).\n\n\n\n3\\. Budget, Financial \u0026 Commercial Management (Core Responsibility)\n\n * Own ServiceNow platform and project budgets, including: \n * Annual budgeting and forecasting (Run vs Change)\n * Capex / Opex management\n * License, vendor, and delivery capacity costs\n * Track actuals vs forecast, identify variances, and proactively manage cost risks.\n * Build and maintain business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI/value realization metrics.\n * Manage vendor commercials: \n * SOW creation and governance\n * Milestone-based payments\n * Time \u0026 Materials cost controls\n * Invoice validation and spend optimization\n * Partner with Finance to ensure transparency, accrual accuracy, and audit readiness.\n\n\n\n4\\. Governance, Stakeholder \u0026 Vendor Management\n\n * Act as the primary interface between IT leadership, business stakeholders, process owners, and vendors.\n * Establish and run delivery and financial governance (Demand Boards, Portfolio Reviews, Release Governance).\n * Ensure alignment between business priorities, funding decisions, and delivery outcomes.\n * Manage third-party vendors and System Integrators to ensure contractual and delivery commitments are met.\n\n\n\n5\\. Quality, Risk \u0026 Compliance\n\n * Ensure delivery meets quality, security, and compliance standards.\n * Enforce documentation, testing, release, and audit requirements.\n * Identify delivery, financial, an.d operational risks early and drive mitigation actions.\n\n\n\n6\\.
