Cedar is seeking to hire a Senior HR Manager to build a high\-performance organization culture of client first, strong work ethic, and organizational discipline. The role involves oversight over all key aspects of talent management including talent acquisition, performance management, L&D, but the primary area of focus is culture enforcement & discipline, HR Ops & Adm, and Policy Compliance. You must be in a position to translate the HR strategy & objectives of the firm that are aligned to its business strategy into action.
Candidates must have 12\-15 years of relevant experience with a significant part of it in a similar role. Current and past work experience with a reputed professional services and IT services firm is key. International experience would be a plus. An MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from a tier 1 program is essential. As an individual, you must be confident, have excellent communication skills, an ability to manage people, and critically â be a self\-starter.
