Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and drive strategic and operational HR initiatives across the organization. The role will partner closely with business leaders to strengthen talent, culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end -to -end Talent Acquisition and workforce planning.
* Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture -building initiatives.
* Partner with business leaders on people strategy and organizational development.
* Manage Performance Management and Talent Review processes.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
* Oversee HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR analytics.
* Drive learning, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
* Support organizational growth, change management, and HR transformation projects.
Desired Profile
* 12+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
* Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Marine, EPC, Infrastructure, or Project -based organizations preferred.
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
* Ability to work in a fast -paced, growth -oriented environment.
