Job Description - senior Manager HR

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Manager HR to lead our Human Resources department. The Senior Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectivesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectivesOversee the recruitment and selection process, conducting interviews, and managing the offer lettersManage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievancesLead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plansDevelop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talentEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levelsDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, equity, and transparencyProvide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementPartner with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities and develop strategies to address themLead HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development initiativesMonitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvementQualificationsMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;Minimum of [X] years of progressive HR experience, including [X] years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsProven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business resultsExcellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate future HR needs and proactively address themHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalismLocation – NoidaEmployment Type – Full TimeSalary Competitive, commensurate with experienceSenior HRBP – Center Specific RolePosition OverviewAs the Senior Manager HRBP for [Center Name], you will serve as a strategic partner to the center's leadership team, providing HR expertise and support to drive business success. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the center's goals and objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the center's leadership team to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiativesAct as a trusted advisor to the center's leaders, providing guidance on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational developmentLead the recruitment and selection process for the center, including workforce planning, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring processDevelop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and retentionDrive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans, to ensure alignment with business objectivesManage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in collaboration with the center's leadership teamPartner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs and services that meet the needs of the center, such as compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR technologyMonitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvementEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels and serve as a resource for HR-related legal mattersLead and develop the HRBP team assigned to the center, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementRequirementsSr.HR manager
