We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Manager HR to lead our Human Resources department. The Senior Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, conducting interviews, and managing the offer letters
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, equity, and transparency
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Partner with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities and develop strategies to address them
Lead HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development initiatives
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Minimum of [X] years of progressive HR experience, including [X] years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate future HR needs and proactively address them

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the center's leadership team to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to the center's leaders, providing guidance on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Lead the recruitment and selection process for the center, including workforce planning, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and retention
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans, to ensure alignment with business objectives
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in collaboration with the center's leadership team
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs and services that meet the needs of the center, such as compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR technology
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels and serve as a resource for HR-related legal matters
Lead and develop the HRBP team assigned to the center, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
