About the Role

As Senior Manager-Indirect Taxation, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's compliance with indirect tax regulations.

• Track and control annual tax compliance calendar, litigation tracker and input tax credit tracker to ensure no cash blockage 
• Management of indirect tax compliances of the group in India and overseas including filing Monthly and Annual returns, monthly tax payments, Refund claims, LUT’s Registrations, reconciliations, etc
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting across functions
• Representing and handling litigation and assessments related to refund claims, GST Audits, Scrutiny,  Show cause notice, etc
• Responsible for continuous streamlining and automating of indirect tax processes
• Review of business contracts to ensure that organisation is protected from GST explosure
• Having strong experience in tax advisory and technical interpretation skills 
• Liasion with consultants across various geographies
• Work cross functionally to assess tax implications of product offerings, provide recommendations, review agreement 
• Remain updated with the developments in tax laws and compliance requirements. 
• Good knowledge of USA and UAE would be an added advantage

• Chartered Accountants with a post qualification experience of 10+ years in indirect tax compliance and advisory 
• Excellent tax technical knowledge of Indian indirect tax law
• Efficiency of working in MS Word, Excel, Accounting software viz tally/SAP/ERP
• Source - Big 4 experience is preferred. Industry knowledge also can be explored if candidates have advisory experience. In case of candidate from industry, the candidates must have experience in Big 4 for couple of years
