Key Responsibilities:

• Lead
  and manage the insurance vertical, driving business growth and
  profitability
  
• Develop
  and execute strategies to increase insurance product penetration
  
• Build
  and manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
  
• Drive
  sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets
  
• Oversee
  policy lifecycle management including sales, servicing, and renewals
  
• Ensure
  compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  
• Analyze
  market trends and identify new business opportunities
  
• Lead,

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualification:
  MBA (Insurance / Finance / Marketing preferred)
  
• Experience:
  12+ years in Banks / Insurance Companies / Financial Institutions
  
• Strong
  expertise in insurance products (Life / General / Health)
  
• Proven
  experience in team leadership and business development
  
• Excellent
  stakeholder management and communication skills
