Key responsibilities:

- The role is for Interior projects manager for our organization.

- Understand USER requirements and support drafting URS/Space requirements. (For Offices, Training centers, conference rooms, any other requirement the come)

- Vendor evaluation & finalization for designing & execution.

- BOQ finalization and cost optimization.

- Travel to multiple sites to ensure timely completion of project.

- Coordinate with external vendors for project activities.

- Act as in-house PMC for interior and civil projects.

- Plan, evaluate, and finalize vendors (technical & commercial).

- Maintain quality and ensure on-schedule completion.

- Create MIS/Reports and updates for management.

- Costing and Site knowledge for interior projects is of prime importance.

Key Skills:

• Good communication skills, strong co0ordinator, Problem solving and decision taking capability. Should be able to work independently.


• AUTOCAD, Excel, MS Office. Any other 3d software would be a good to have
