- Managing sales tax compliance process for clients sales tax returns.

Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience with sales tax compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Experience with sales tax preparation software such as Vertex, Avalara, One Source or TaxJar etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Alteryx or Power BI a plus; Quickbooks, Shopify and Stripe platforms.
- Understanding of sales and use tax issues, including exemption, deductions, prepayments, tax accruals and reserves, journal entries.
- Experience working directly with clients and global counterparts.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- CMI (sales tax) designation a plus.
- Masters in Taxation preferred.
- CPA a plus.
Tax Manager -US International Compliance
Number of positions- 4
What Work You Will be Responsible For:
- Delivering a full range of international tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consultation and expert knowledge.
- Providing tax planning, and reviewing complex International US tax Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858s etc.
- Conduct GILTI calculations for foreign corporations, including Subpart F, E&P, section 987, and foreign tax credits calculations.
- Review and managing of the above listed forms and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law.
Compliances for: All International filling compliances
- You will be involved in all aspects of tax assignments from planning and projections to finalization.
- You will be responsible to identify tax issues and propose potential solutions to resolve them.

Basic qualifications for the opportunity
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field is required.
7+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience.
CPA, CA or Enrolled Agent is required.

Update team with tax law changes and implement new processes and strategies.
