This means conducting business with integrity, accountability, and professionalism while supporting our global community.\n\nMicron is looking for a Senior Manager \u2013 IP development group in India to be a part of a design team targeting critical IP circuits development for all DRAM related memory products. In this position, you will be responsible for leading IP circuit design group in India. Use of both analog and digital CMOS design skills needed to guide the team to work on the various analog and digital IP circuits. Also, responsible for working with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of circuits you design. Some of the circuits we target are I/O\u0027s, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, fuse array, DLL and standard control logic. Will also work with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel in designing the circuits to be used on Micron\u0027s next leading-edge process node. \n\nSuccessful candidates for this position will have:\n\n * A Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of experience\n\n\n * Strong background in leading big circuit design team.\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written\n * Both analog and digital design and simulation experience required\n * Experience with circuit verification and optimization including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits\n * DRAM circuit design experience is preferred\n * DRAM array knowledge is preferred\n * Understanding of device physics and basic CMOS processing techniques preferred\n * Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)\n * Proactively solicit inputs from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to ensure the design qualityActively mentor and enable teams to explore and leverage AI-related tools in day-to-day tasks\n * Knowledge and exposure in Finesim and/or HSpice\n * Knowledge with power network analysis\n * Lead, mentor and enable teams to explore and leverage AI-related tools in day-to-day tasks.\n\n\n\nHighly motivated and self-starter\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Design Eng Manager 2\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
