We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Manager – Learning & Development (L&D) to design, deliver, and drive impactful learning strategies within our FinTech organization. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), HR teams, and other stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences that strengthen our organizational capabilities and enable growth.

This position requires an individual with a strong background in human capital development, organizational performance, leadership training, and change management. As a senior leader in the L&D function, you will be responsible for developing integrated solutions that enhance employee engagement, productivity, culture, and leadership effectiveness across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Development

  • Partner with business stakeholders and HR to identify capability gaps and create a long-term learning roadmap.
  • Design and implement collaborative learning experiences that address employee development, leadership effectiveness, and business transformation needs.
  • Develop and oversee programs for leadership, managerial, and high-potential talent development, aligned with the organization’s FinTech-driven growth strategy.
  • Blend organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management practices into holistic L&D interventions.

Program Delivery & Execution

  • Deliver human capital development initiatives, including onboarding, upskilling, leadership coaching, and team development programs.
  • Drive organizational culture initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, inclusion, and collaboration.
  • Implement learning technologies, digital platforms, and LMS solutions to create scalable and measurable learning outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and ROI analysis, ensuring continuous improvement.

Change Management & Organizational Development

  • Lead initiatives that enable smooth organizational change and transformation, using proven frameworks and methodologies.
  • Support culture-building interventions, embedding values, behaviors, and performance-driven practices into the workplace.
  • Facilitate engagement initiatives that drive high levels of employee motivation, commitment, and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on matters related to talent development, organizational performance, and learning strategy.

Desired Profile

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with strong exposure to the IT/BFSI/FinTech domain.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering leadership, talent, and organizational development programs.
  • Experience in managing collaborative learning platforms, LMS solutions, and digital learning tools.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational performance, team development, and culture engagement practices.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, program evaluation, and vendor/partner coordination.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage both senior leadership and large employee groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management initiatives and align learning outcomes with business goals.
