Responsibilities
:
• Be the custodian of the business strategy process both externally and internally, thus to:
• Liaison with the strategy and marketing team to ensure that the presentations to developers
are as per brief on respective projects, along with being up to speed on competitions
activities towards securing new business.
• Identify new opportunities in the real estate internally and externally to evaluate
and pursue.
• Ensure a smooth & complete developer onboarding in line with the process in the PPMS
ecosystem i.e., all prescribed documentation including T&C being legally vetted, agreed &
signed, mobilization & retainer fees negotiations and closing deals.
• Ensure smooth handover of a newly signed up developer client onto sales and marketing
operations teams via respective business heads.
• Respect PPMS turn-around time (TAT) at every step of the onboarding process and
permeate this down the line.

• Once the project is onboarded be an active part of the launch to understand the logistics
and get improvisation in the system.
• Would be playing a key role in making sure the business and relationship are running
smoothly as per the agreed terms.
• Preparing review reports and giving suggestion on improvising the sales funnel
Skills:

• Excellent strategic thinking ability, communication and presentation skills
• Media planning, Buying and Analysis as a part of campaign management
• Fluency in both written & verbal in English and Hindi.
• Be proactive, willing and be an excellent communicator.
• Be qualified in Brand Management & Marketing landscape
• Knag to outperform and achieve business targets
Qualification:
• MBA/PG from Tier 1 Institute with specialization in Marketing (strategy)
• 4-7 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales & Strategy
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Sales Strategy background
• Strong ability to analyze market trends, client & competition behavior
• Competency in negotiating & closing business deals independently
