Senior Manager Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities:

 1. Manufacturing
Operations

• Manage daily manufacturing operations,
  including production planning, assembly, and testing activities.
  
• Ensure production targets, quality
  standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met.
  
• Monitor and improve production efficiency,
  utilization, and output.
  
• Support smooth transition from pilot
  production to steady -state manufacturing. 
  

2. Manufacturing
Setup & Support

• Support the setup and commissioning of new
  production lines and manufacturing equipment.
  
• Assist in layout planning, workflow
  design, and process implementation.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment
  installation, testing, and commissioning. 
  

3. Process
Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma,
  and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Identify and resolve production
  bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  
• Improve yield, cycle time, and cost
  efficiency across manufacturing processes. 
  

4. Automation &
Technology Implementation

• Support implementation of automation,
  robotics, and smart manufacturing technologies.
  
• Work with engineering teams to integrate
  automated systems and improve productivity.
  
• Assist in deploying MES, IoT -based
  monitoring, and digital manufacturing tools. 
  

5. Quality &
Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and
  company quality requirements.
  
• Work closely with the quality team to
  maintain product reliability and compliance.
  
• Support implementation of testing,
  validation, and quality control processes. 
  

6. Cross -Functional
Coordination

• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and
  supply chain teams to support production requirements.
  
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers
  to ensure material availability.
  
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and
  production ramp -up activities. 
  

7. Team Management
& Development

• Lead and supervise manufacturing teams,
  including production and engineering staff.
  
• Ensure proper training and skill
  development of team members.
  
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and
  continuous improvement.
