People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd. is a leading multi-brand consumer internet company with several successful global businesses to its credit. A part of People Group, the company has revolutionized the internet and new media industry inIndiawith brands such as Shaadi.com, Makaan.com and Fropper.com.

We are seeking an experienced online marketing professional to drive non-search online marketing for the company and its brands including Shaadi.com, Makaan.com and Fropper.com.

Specific areas of work include but not limited to:

-       Display

-       Affiliates

-       Ad-networks

Responsibilities

1. Lead online marketing (non-search) strategy and operations and deliver channel and online marketing performance goals set by the leadership team.


2. Constantly improve the volume, cost and ROI metrics.


3. Develop, manage and leverage agency and publisher relationships to constantly improve the volume, cost and ROI metrics.


4. Strong analytics based optimization across positions, sizes, creatives, propositions


5. Work closely with different internal teams such as creative, product, technology and other marketing teams to share knowledge and improve existing service / performance levels.


6. Keep track of industry trends and follow best practices to achieve business performance goals.

Requirements

1. MBA/MCA/BTech/Other PG qualification


2. 6 to 9 years of overall experience, at least 3 to 4 years of which should have been in core online marketing at a large scale.


3. Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical and creative appreciation skills.


4. Must have a strong understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing domain.


5. Ability to manage, mentor, lead and motivate a team of online marketing professionals.


6. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
