Senior Manager- operations

Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4-6 LPA)

We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven professional to lead operations across programs and states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage 50+ team members across multiple locations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of training centers and implementation of skill-building programs.
• Partner with government bodies, SHGs, and community organizations to strengthen program outreach.
• Drive inclusion initiatives for women with disabilities, focusing on employment and entrepreneurship (SMEs).
• Monitor program impact, quality, and scalability across states.
• Represent the organization with stakeholders, funders, and government agencies.
• Ensure strong field presence with extensive travel (approx. 2 weeks per month).
  

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in non-profit, social impact, or development sector.
• Strong understanding of skills, employability, and inclusion programs.
• Ability to manage large, diverse teams and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and working in rural/semi-urban contexts.
• Proficiency in Kannada (preferred for Karnataka operations).
