Job Description - Senior Manager Pre -Sales

Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager – Pre -Sales, you will act as the strategic bridge between our commercial and product teams. You’ll partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs, craft compelling solutions, and deliver impactful presentations and demos that showcase the value of our technology to fashion, lifestyle, and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to qualify opportunities, identify customer pain points, and define the right product fit.
  • Responsible for supporting the sales team in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Manage and deliver on the net -new hunting targets for the pre -sales function.
  • Engage with Customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the execution of proof of concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solutions in customer environments. Define success criteria for PoCs and ensure they are met within agreed timelines. Gather feedback from customers during PoC phases and iterate on solutions as necessary.
  • Lead solution design discussions with fashion and lifestyle brands, translating client challenges into tailored technology solutions.
  • Deliver high -impact product demos, presentations, and proposals that clearly articulate business value.
  • Create solution documentation, functional requirement summaries, and customized workflows for client proposals.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical and functional inputs.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in fashion and retail tech to position the company’s solutions effectively.
  • Train and enable the sales team on product capabilities and new feature updates.
  • Maintain a consultative approach, ensuring client expectations are well managed during pre -sales discussions.


Requirements

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • 8 -10 years of experience in Pre -Sales, Solution Consulting, or Business Consulting in fashion -tech / retail -tech industry.
  • NIFT graduate/ MBA
  • Experience with analytics platforms, PLM, ERP, or retail merchandising tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the apparel and fashion and lifestyle industry.
  • Proven ability to translate client business needs into technology solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with C -suite and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem -solving skills; ability to interpret data -driven insights.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast -paced environment.
