Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2200000 (ie INR 15-22 LPA)

Min Experience: 12 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic professional to lead growth initiatives in the OEM/private label business, specifically focused on the domestic market. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in B2B sales, OEM partnerships, and private label development, preferably within the hygiene, non-woven, or FMCG industries.

This role involves driving topline revenue, expanding national market presence, and delivering tailored solutions for private label clients. Success requires seamless collaboration with manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales & Business Expansion

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across private label categories and regions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing models, and contract development for long-term partnerships.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at leading retailers, OEM partners, and distributors.

2. End-to-End Private Label Program Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of OEM/private label projects—from concept to product launch.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product customization, compliance with quality standards, and on-time delivery.
  • Recommend innovations and product enhancements to meet evolving client needs and market differentiation.

3. Market Intelligence & Growth Planning

  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform business strategies.
  • Suggest new product formats, packaging innovations, and value-added solutions based on market research and client feedback.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as the primary liaison between key departments such as R&D, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote alignment with broader business goals and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in private label sales, OEM partnerships, and product development.
  • Sector expertise in hygiene, non-woven products, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive commercial success in a competitive market.
