Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple EPC Substation (AIS/GIS) projects from award to commissioning and
project closure.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Commercial, and
Site teams.
• Manage client relationships, contract execution, subcontractors, vendors, and key
stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, cash flow, invoices, collections, and profitability.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and site execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and HSQE requirements.
• Act as the primary interface with customers, consultants, Owner's Engineers, utilities,
government authorities, and key suppliers.
• Lead project reviews, progress reporting, and team development.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, Site Teams, and cross-functional
team.
• Lead commissioning activities including startup, equipment testing, energization,
synchronisation, and performance testing.
Requirements
Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in AIS/GIS Substation EPC execution.
• Knowledge of project planning, contracts, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements:
• B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in EPC Substation/Transmission/Power Projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale EPC projects.
