Your role is to build a bridge between the vast CSR and philanthropic capital residing in India's corporate and global institutions and the lived realities of the communities we serve. This is a mandate to move beyond compliance-based CSR toward deep-impact co-building—a nurturance that respects the dignity of the individual and the wisdom of the community.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Securing Patient & Catalytic Capital
   • Counter standard one-year CSR cycles by securing multi-year commitments from trendsetting CSR leaders, Indian and global foundations, and UHNIs.
   • The Goal: Unlock patient capital that provides focus areas the necessary runway to achieve tangible, sustainable shifts.
     
2. Architecting Action Coalitions
   • Design multi-stakeholder coalitions that unite private capital, technical experts, and implementation partners to address complex challenges (e.g., embedding wellbeing cultures in educational institutions or building rural economic resilience).
   • The Goal: Create a force-multiplier effect where our foundation’s presence acts as a signal of quality and trust, inviting other partners into the fold.
     
3. Scaling Through Government Integration
   • Integrate specialized programs into existing central and state government delivery systems (such as education, sports departments, or health missions) to achieve national scale.
   • The Goal: Ensure innovations expand beyond boutique pilots to become part of the national fabric.

Who You Are

• 10+ Years of Relevant Experience: A background in Development Finance, Strategy, or Collaborations, or experience leading partnerships at a major Indian or global foundation.
• The Bridge-Builder: Cultural agility to represent our work with humility and authority. Ability to speak with equal clarity and conviction when addressing quarterly returns with a CEO or social inclusion with a District Collector.
• An Entrepreneurial Mindset: A track record of questioning standard program structures to make initiatives more efficient and community-centric.
• Relational Gravity: Understanding that enduring partnerships in India are built on trust, presence, and shared time, not just slide decks.
