Job Description - Senior Manager - Salesforce

Job Description :Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications to meet the company's business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Manage the Salesforce team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure a high level of expertise and efficiency in operations. Key Responsibilities :- Translate business requirements into well-architected customized solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.- Analyses user needs, produces requirements documentation and system plans, and encodes, tests, debugs, maintains and documents programs and applications.- Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.- Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade- offs and communication of design decisions- Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, APIs, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations.- Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems- Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle.Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, and/or a related fieldExperience :- 10+ years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position- 7+ years or more experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacityCompetencies :- Strong working experience specifically on Sales Cloud & Service cloud. Experience in Financial Service cloud and Community/Experience cloud will be an added advantage.- Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex, B2B integrations, Lightning Web Components.- Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API.- Extensive development experience using API Integration, Lightning Web Component (LWC), AURA Component, Sharing and Visibility Data/access management, Identity management, Sales cloud/Service Cloud platform features, Omni channel, Visual Force, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, Large data management and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce.- Platforms such as Lightning App builder, Lightning record pages, Dashboards, Reports, Lightning Flows, Knowledge in MuleSoft platform will be an added advantage.Mandatory skills :- Exp with Salesforce Development & Team Handling skills, Project experienced, Sales Cloud & Service cloud, financial cloud is an added advantage, Salesforce Best Practices using Apex, B2B integrations, Lightning Web Components, Exp with Api's - SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API.
