We are looking for a passionate education leader to drive school transformation under a School Quality Enhancement Program. The role focuses on improving learning outcomes, strengthening instructional quality, building a positive school culture, and ensuring effective school operations within a government school setting.
The selected candidate will lead school development, support and coach teachers, engage with community stakeholders, and work towards delivering a high-quality learning experience for every student.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership & School Management
Develop and implement the School Development Plan and academic strategy.
Set ambitious goals for student achievement and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance school culture.
Lead and manage the school team, ensuring accountability and professional growth.
Drive student enrollment and strengthen community participation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, local leaders, and education stakeholders.
2. Instructional Coaching & Teacher Development
Support teachers in setting student learning goals and improving classroom practice.
Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
Facilitate professional development sessions and coaching cycles.
Monitor student progress and use data to inform instructional decisions.
Develop individualized growth plans for teachers and staff.
3.Operations & Administration
Oversee school operations, administration, infrastructure, compliance, and data systems.
Manage annual budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Ensure timely reporting and adherence to government requirements.
Coordinate with education officials and external stakeholders to strengthen implementation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's degree preferred.
5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of working directly with schools, teachers, students, or education programs.
Fluency in Gujarati and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success in program design, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and achieving measurable outcomes.
Experience in school improvement, teacher development, instructional coaching, or education reform programs is preferred.
Familiarity with government school systems and community engagement processes.
Experience managing budgets, operations, stakeholder relationships, and administrative functions.
Comfortable using technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, planning, and decision-making.
