Senior Manager - Service

Position Title: Associate Manger/Asst. Manager-Service

Position Objectives: The position will be responsible for entire After Sales Service function for assigned area.

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Warranty Claim Management of Assigned states (3/4 state)


• Manage the TAT of claim adjustments as per YIN policy


• Attend and resolve critical customer complaints by visit to dealers.


• To do incoming claim tyre defect analysis.


• Analyse and report dealer wise warranty claim trends.


• Visit & training to dealers with high claim ratio /wrong adjustments.


• Conduct market surveys/OE survey & competitor survey as per requirement.


• Conduct training program to OE/Replacement dealers.


• Timely submission of market intelligence report (new tyre/new car launch).

Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma or BE (preferred) - Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering.


• Industry experience: He should have worked in the tire industry in the PCR segment, minimum 5 years of industry experience.


• Experience in Customer Service –PCR Tyre.


• Has experienced complexity of managing customer complaints, Incoming claim tyre data analysis and tyre analysis


• Strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills


• Proficient on MS office/ Excel/ PPT/Emails
