Responsible for advising governments, sports authorities, national federations, and organizing committees on policy reforms, governance transformation, infrastructure planning, funding strategies, institutional strengthening, and major sporting event delivery. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful implementation programs.
