result -oriented professional to lead our Strategic Alliances & Publisher
Partnerships function. The role will be responsible for end -to -end publisher
lifecycle management, including onboarding, commercial negotiations,
partnership development, campaign execution, revenue growth, and relationship
management across India. The ideal candidate should have strong
digital media, AdTech, MarTech, or publisher ecosystem experience with the
ability to build long -term strategic partnerships and drive business growth.

What you will do:
Strategic Alliances & Publisher
Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic
publisher partnerships across India.
- Develop and execute publisher acquisition
and growth strategies.
- Build relationships with premium
publishers, media owners, platforms, and ecosystem partners.
- Explore new inventory opportunities and
partnership models to expand business offerings.
Publisher Onboarding & Commercial
Management
- Lead end -to -end publisher onboarding
processes.
- Negotiate commercials, revenue shares,
rates, and partnership agreements.
- Finalize contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and
commercial terms with publishers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies
and legal requirements.
Campaign Coordination & Delivery
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Ad
Operations, and Account Management teams for campaign execution.
- Coordinate campaign planning,
implementation, optimization, and reporting with publishers.
- Ensure smooth delivery of committed
inventory and campaign KPIs.
- Resolve operational challenges and
escalation issues promptly.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth through existing and
new publisher partnerships.
- Identify upselling and cross -selling
opportunities.
- Monitor publisher performance and
recommend optimization strategies.
- Achieve partnership revenue and
profitability targets.
Financial & Payment Management
- Manage publisher billing,
reconciliations, and payment cycles.
- Coordinate with Finance teams for timely
invoice processing and payment releases.
- Ensure proper documentation and
commercial compliance.
- Track publisher profitability and margin
performance.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders across publisher organizations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and
partnership discussions.
- Represent the company during industry
events, conferences, and client meetings.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitors
activities, and emerging publisher opportunities.
- Share market insights and recommendations
with leadership teams.
- Support the development of new
partnership -led business initiatives.
Requirements
•8–12+ years of experience in Digital
Media, AdTech, Publisher Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Media Sales.
•Proven experience managing large
publisher networks and strategic partnerships.
•Strong commercial negotiation and
contract management experience.
•Excellent relationship management and
stakeholder engagement skills.
•Strong negotiation and deal -closing
abilities.
•Sound understanding of digital
advertising ecosystem, programmatic advertising, audience solutions, and
publisher monetization.
•Strong analytical and business acumen.
