Mission:

To develop and deliver innovative renewable energy and power market solutions for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients by integrating techno-commercial, regulatory, financial, and market intelligence capabilities, enabling clients to achieve their clean energy and ESG objectives while supporting business growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, including Projects, Costing, Resource Assessment, Project Finance, O&M, Regulatory, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop renewable energy solutions, including ISTS and intra-state structures, in line with prevailing Central and State regulatory frameworks.

  • Lead techno-commercial proposal preparation and submission, including client presentations, transaction documents, and related proposal materials.

  • Support financial modelling activities by coordinating internally for key assumptions and independently running and analysing financial models.

  • Track and interpret policy and regulatory developments at both Central and State levels and assess their potential impact on business opportunities and project structures.

  • Develop innovative B2B renewable energy solutions to support the “100% Green ESG” objectives of large C&I clients, including high-CUF hybrid renewable energy solutions with storage, Virtual PPAs, I-REC structures, and other emerging frameworks.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide market intelligence inputs to support product positioning and business strategy.

  • Build and maintain an understanding of the power trading market, including key products, structures, and commercial mechanisms.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of I-REC mechanisms, including issuance, certification, registry operations, trading structures, market participants, pricing dynamics, and their role in helping C&I clients meet renewable energy and ESG commitments.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Finance, Business, or related field.

  • 8–12 years of experience in renewable energy, power markets, energy consulting, or techno-commercial roles.

  • Strong understanding of renewable energy regulations, ISTS/intra-state frameworks, Open Access, and power market mechanisms.

  • Experience in techno-commercial proposal development, financial modelling, and client presentations.

  • Knowledge of renewable energy products such as hybrid solutions, storage, Virtual PPAs, and I-REC mechanisms.

  • Understanding of Central and State regulatory policies impacting renewable energy and C&I business models.

  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Ability to track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
