We are looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end lending operations, driving efficiency, scale, and operational excellence across the loan lifecycle. This role sits at the core of the business and is responsible for managing the complete flow—from loan processing and approvals to disbursement and post-disbursal operations. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in strengthening processes, improving turnaround times, and ensuring a seamless borrower experience.
The role requires a strong understanding of unsecured personal loans and the ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including credit, product, risk, and technology to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire lending operations lifecycle, including onboarding, processing, disbursement, and servicing
Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, reducing turnaround times, and improving process quality
Oversee loan management systems to ensure accurate processing and tracking of applications
Collaborate with credit, risk, and product teams to align operations with business objectives
Monitor key performance metrics such as approval rates, disbursals, and operational SLAs
Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Manage and mentor operations teams to drive performance and accountability
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
What Makes You a Great Fit
6–8 years of experience in lending operations, with at least 3 years in unsecured personal loans
Strong understanding of loan lifecycle management, including disbursement and servicing
Hands-on experience with loan management systems and operational processes
Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and deliver on performance metrics
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and operate in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and operational accuracy
