Divisional Service Manager - Pumps

Position Overview   

Responsible for driving operational and service excellence in managing pumps service operations. Focus on improving service quality, optimizing inventory and spares, and ensuring product training.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:  

• Provide CAPA to field teams based on market quality feedback.


• Reduce ageing stock at location 2001 and ensure no stock over 45 days at location 2004.


• Improve spares service factor and availability.


• Strengthen relationships with branches, retailers, and ASCs.


• Ensure timely product refresh training for service managers.

Service Excellence: - ead the rollout of new spares packaging process for pumps. - Focus on reducing COPQ.

Key Deliverables:

• Implement CAPA based on market feedback.


• Achieve stock reduction targets at locations 2001 and 2004.


• Improve spares service factor.


• Execute planned service center visits.


• Complete product refresh training.


• Rollout new spares packaging.


• Reduce COPQ compared to the last year.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in service operations management, preferably in pumps or related industries.


• Expertise in inventory management, service delivery, and quality assurance.


• Strong leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management.


• Analytical skills to implement corrective actions. - Proficiency in product training.
