Senior Marketing Executive B2B Sales (Plastic Packaging Industry)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities, acquire customers, and increase sales of our plastic packaging products. Candidates with experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills, along with a willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  Identify and acquire new customers in domestic and international markets.

  Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, exhibitions, and industry contacts.

  
  


• 
  

  Promote plastic packaging products and understand customer requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and convert enquiries into orders.

  
  


• 
  

  Research market trends, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely order delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with customers for pending payments.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain customer databases, sales reports, quotations, and sales forecasts.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct regular customer visits to expand the business and achieve sales targets.

  
  

Candidate Requirements

• 
  

  Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in plastic packaging, flexible packaging, or manufacturing industries is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% fieldwork).
