ID:\n\nJR91758 Senior Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer (E3)\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n * Execute FastSpice-based verification (PrimeSim / FineSim / SpectreFx) for DRAM and HBM critical timing sign-off within assigned scope.\n * Perform full-chip and block-level analog SPICE simulations and analysis across PVT corners and speed grades.\n * Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon designs to identify and resolve functional and timing issues.\n * Develop and maintain SPICE and mixed-signal testbenches at block and full-chip levels.\n * Create test cases and stimulus to improve functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures.\n * Run regressions, analyze results, and drive verification closure.\n * Collaborate with cross-geo teams (US, Japan, Mexico) to execute verification plans and align on technical issues.\n * Document verification results and contribute to continuous improvement of verification methodologies.\n\n\n\n## E3-Level Expectations\n\n * Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned verification tasks and deliverables.\n * Work independently on complex verification problems with minimal supervision.\n * Apply sound technical judgment to debug and resolve issues efficiently.\n * Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers when required.\n * Contribute ideas and improvements to existing verification flows and methodologies.\n\n\n\n## Required Skills \u0026 Experience\n\n * Solid understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuits and full-chip verification flows.\n * Hands-on experience with FastSpice tools such as PrimeSim, FineSim, HSPICE, or SpectreFx.\n * Good knowledge of DRAM memory architecture and critical timing concepts.\n * Experience with SystemVerilog / UVM-based verification methodologies.\n * Familiarity with tools such as Virtuoso, Xcelium, SimVision, and WaveView.\n * Scripting experience using Python or Perl is a plus.\n * Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n * Minimum 3+ years of experience in Memory Circuit Design Verification.\n * M.Tech / MS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferred.\n * Prior experience in DRAM / HBM / SRAM memory products is a strong plus.\n\n\n\n## Opportunities\n\n * Hands-on ownership of verification for complex custom memory designs.\n * Exposure to advanced memory technologies and full-chip verification challenges.\n\n\n\nCollaboration with highly experienced global design and verification teams.\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Design Engineer 3\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
