Job Description - Senior Monitoring Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and results -driven Senior Monitoring Analyst to own end -to -end monitoring operations across multiple systems and platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring SLA adherence, driving operational excellence, reducing alert noise, and enhancing monitoring efficiency through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Own end -to -end monitoring operations across multiple systems and platforms
Ensure SLA adherence and proper escalation handling
Proactively follow up on unresolved alerts until address by SME teams
Identify recurring alert patterns and perform root cause analysis to reduce alert
Recommend and implement automation or workflow improvements to reduce manual intervention
Review and improve SOPs to prevent repeat incidents
Mentor and guide monitoring analysts on triage, escalation, and critical thinking
Research and implement emerging technologies and best practices to improve monitoring support efficiency.
Ensure 24x7 coverage readiness including planning and backup strategy

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor team members
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience driving automation or operational efficiency initiatives
Experience building dashboards
