What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a highly creative and
strategic Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Marketing
team. In this role, you will create visually compelling motion graphics and
videos that simplify complex financial concepts, strengthen our brand identity,
and drive customer engagement across digital channels. You will play a key role
in translating fintech products and services into engaging visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

●  Create
high -impact marketing videos combining live -action edits and motion graphics for product launches, app
features, social media campaigns, and performance marketing creatives across
digital platforms. 

●  Storyboarding
& Campaign Execution video content
for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, product launches,
performance marketing, and investor communications.

●  Visual
Storytelling & Product Communication Transform complex financial products, features, and customer journeys into
engaging and easy -to -understand visual narratives.

●  Cross -functional
Collaboration Collaborate with
Product Marketing, Growth, Product, Design, and Content to translate briefs
into compelling visual stories that align with brand guidelines and business
goals.

● Design engaging
motion graphics for small carousels,
in -app promotions, banners, and short -form video content optimized for B2C user
engagement.

●   Optimize videos
for multiple channels (Instagram, YouTube,
Play Store/App Store, website, and ads) ensuring fast turnaround, format
adaptability, and performance tracking.

● Own the
end -to -end video production process from concept, storyboard, editing, sound design, and animation to final
delivery, maintaining high quality and consistency.
