As a Senior .Net Developer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using modern Microsoft technologies. Working within agile, cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC frameworks.
- Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and web services while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures to support application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software within project timelines.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply software design patterns, coding standards, and best practices to ensure maintainable and reliable solutions.
- Contribute to cloud-based development, DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices where applicable.
- Support technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring activities within the engineering team.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional experience in .NET application development.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and distributed application development.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure cloud services is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Angular or React, Microservices architecture, Docker, LINQ, and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience within the Insurance domain is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong attention to detail.
