Senior Network Support Specialist

IT Engineering – Cloud, Server and Network • Operate and support network devices across locations • Support and operate on-prem and cloud server environments (VMware, Azure VMs) • Ensure high availability and performance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and internet connectivity • Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for network-related incidents • Configure and manage Cisco routers and legacy Cisco switches • Manage VLANs, routing protocols, and network segmentation • Operate and optimize wireless access points • Troubleshoot wireless coverage, roaming, and performance issues • Configure and support Aruba SD-WAN across branch and data center locations • Monitor WAN link performance, latency, packet loss, and failover behavior • Manage FortiGate firewalls including policies, NAT, VPNs, and firmware upgrades • Support Zscaler connectivity, security policies, and traffic routing • Administer ClearPass for network access control (NAC) and device authentication • Manage Infoblox for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (DDI) • Support Azure networking for cloud networks (VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing) • Troubleshoot hybrid connectivity between on-premises and Azure environments • Monitor network health using enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., LogicMonitor) • Maintain device configurations, backups, and version control • Ensure adherence to network security, design, and operational standards • Maintain network diagrams, IP addressing plans, and topology documentation • Create and update SOPs and operational runbooks • Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior engineers and NOC teams • Engage with vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Zscaler, ISPs) for technical support • Identify opportunities to improve network performance, resilience, and security
