Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the gold loan portfolio within the assigned region or branch
• Identify and acquire new customers by conducting market research and outreach activities
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate gold loan products and services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to gold loan transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
