Job Description - Senior Officer (Communications) - Video Producer & Editor

Job
Title: Video Producer & Editor
Location: Delhi
(with extensive travel to the field)
Reports to: Senior
Manager – Communications

Position Overview :

The Video Producer will lead end -to -end video creation, from field shoots to final edits, enabling powerful storytelling through films, interviews, short -form content and documentation.
This role is critical for capturing on -ground impact and leadership narratives.
Key Responsibilities :
Video Production and Photography:

1.Plan and execute video shoots at:

Program locations
Training sessions
Events and
workshop

2.Editing & Post -Production including basic
graphic designing work:

Edit videos for:

Social media
(short -form and reels)
Website and
reports
Presentations and
screenings
Add basic motion
graphics, subtitles and sound design

3.Content Formats

Produce:

Program short videos and documentaries
Testimonial videos
Explainer videos
Short social media clips

Equipment & Workflow:

Manage camera, audio and lighting equipment
Maintain organised raw footage and final
outputs
Ensure timely delivery of edits

Requirements

Skills
& Experience:

3–6 years of video
production and editing experience
Proficiency in Premiere
Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects (basic) / Photoshop / CorelDraw
Strong understanding of
visual storytelling
Comfortable shooting
independently in the field
Willingness to travel and
work flexible hours
