Job Title: Senior Officer/Officer (Government Partnerships)
Location: Patna,Bihar
Travel: As required, within the state.  

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive
Officer/Associate to join the PMU team at SCERT, Bihar. The role will
involve working closely with SCERT officials, government stakeholders,
schools, teachers, internal LAHI teams, and other partners to support the
effective implementation and strengthening of Skill Education in Bihar.

The candidate will contribute to understanding the
existing Skill Education ecosystem, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, supporting
implementation activities, tracking progress, identifying challenges, and
contributing to the development of a roadmap for strengthening Skill
Education in Bihar.

• Work closely with SCERT officials and other government stakeholders
  to support Skill Education initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders involved in Skill Education
  implementation.
  
• Support the development and implementation of a roadmap for Skill
  Education in Bihar.
  
• Understand existing systems, processes, challenges, and
  opportunities within the school Skill Education ecosystem.
  
• Support program planning, implementation, monitoring, and
  documentation.
  
• Coordinate with internal LAHI teams to bring relevant technical
  expertise and resources to the Bihar program.
  
• Collect, compile, and analyse program-related information and data.
  
• Prepare presentations, reports, trackers, meeting notes, and other
  project documentation.
  
• Participate in meetings with government officials and other
  stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.
  
• Identify implementation challenges and work with relevant teams to
  develop practical solutions.
  
• Support field visits, school visits, workshops, meetings, and other
  program activities as required.
  
• Track key milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned
  activities.
  
• Undertake additional responsibilities related to the PMU as
  required.

Requirements

Experience
& Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies,
  Management, Public Policy or a related field.
  
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in
  education, skill development, development sector, government projects, or
  program implementation.
  
• Experience working with government departments, schools, NGOs or
  education programs will be an advantage.
  
• Understanding of NEP 2020, Skill Education, vocational
  education, or school education systems will be preferred.

• Understanding of the school-based Skill Education ecosystem.
