Senior Operational Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, customize, and deploy EPICOR ERP solutions based on business needs, focused on operational best practices in new business implementations.
  
• Identify opportunities for operational process improvements and efficiencies using Epicor Kinetic functionalities.
  
• Document operational processes, procedures, and system changes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
  
• Collaborate cross -functionally with other team members to resolve issues, ensure smooth outcomes, and provide an excellent customer experience for internal and external customers.
  
• Provide training and support to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
  
• Stay updated on Epicor best practices and emerging trends to enhance system utilization and effectiveness.
  
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and conducting gap analysis, and documenting the same.
  
• Good verbal and written communication
  
• Should be willing to travel when the project demands.
  
• Guide senior management in change management strategies to implement new processes effectively and technologies.
  
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and operational teams.
  

• 8+ years of experience in operational consulting, business process improvement, or enterprise transformation.
  
• Proven track record of leading high -level operational projects and delivering measurable improvements.
  
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  
• Expertise in workflow optimization, business strategy, financial impact analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Strong data -driven decision -making skills with experience in business
  
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience in advising C -suite executives.
  
• Knowledge of ERP systems, automation tools, and digital transformation strategies.
  
• Ability to lead large -scale operational change initiatives and drive organizational improvements.
