About the Role

We are looking for operations personnel to manage day-to-day operations to implement strategies to improve productivity, operations executives play a vital role in driving the business's success. Operations executives oversee and coordinate various operational tasks to efficiently meet the company's goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Taking care of bank reconciliation and settlement processes across banks/ networks.
• Coordination with internal and external customers including clients/ vendors for day-to-day operational activities.
• Business analytics: Making sense of data and preparing business dashboards.
• Handling end-customer queries and providing timely resolution.
• Operations related to card payment, card printing, card delivery, and business onboarding.
• Taking care of the entire process of business onboarding documentation, and customer KYC while coordinating with the Bank and vendor as the need be.
• Taking care of the billing and invoicing process from a data standpoint.
• Designing process documents, product flows, user journeys, and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business/finance/ accounting or related field.
• Proven experience of 3-6 years in banking operations or operations in a tech-based organization.
• Good people management skills.
• Hands-on experience in working with large data sets and the ability to extract business intelligence from it with attention to detail is a must.
• The right attitude to work in a startup environment with a hunger to learn and be adaptive.
• High competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Having an interest in understanding technology.
