Senior Operations Manager

Location: India/ Saudi Arabia

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr Operations Manager (OM) join our executive team. The Sr Ops Mgr will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day -to -day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost -effective management of resources. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in IT services and development, exceptional operational expertise, and a proven track record of driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:
   
• Oversee the daily operations of the company, including IT services, software development, project management, and customer support.
  
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost -effective way.
  
2. Strategic Planning:
   
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  
3. Financial Management:
   
• Manage the company’s operational budget, optimize costs, and ensure financial stability.
  
• Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  
4. Team Development:
   
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high -performing team of professionals.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  
5. Customer Focus:
   
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  
• Oversee project delivery to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
6. Technology and Innovation:
   
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.
  
• Implement best practices in IT services and software development to maintain a competitive edge.
  
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
   
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream , preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services and software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling operations in a technology -driven organization.
  
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strategic thinker with a hands -on approach to problem -solving.
  
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
