Looking for a dynamic, Seasoned professional who will put their expertise and connections to put people and systems in place, drive the business operations (Sourcing and Market side) aggressively, and meet the Revenue targets. He/she will also be taking care of all Marketing-related initiatives toward the scale-up activities of our operations.
This position is for a startup company with a tremendous potential for growth. The candidate is expected to look at the long-term wealth creation and monetary benefits that the role entails. The person who fills this role is expected to head the entire operations of the company in the next 2 years

· Driving and leading the sales function of our company.
· Meet and exceed the Sales Targets for all aspects of our business -Sell, Hold and Quality @ Source Functions
· Ensure traction with FMCG B2B institutions like processing units, pre-packers, food parks, hotel chains, and other consumable chains.
· Drive and meet metrics set on Customer retention, Revenue, Application Usage, Margins, Market Penetration
Qualifications
· Prior knowledge of FMCG and B2B operations is preferred.
· Prior Sales Management experience of 10-15 years
· Prior experience in working in startups -3-4 Years
· Graduation MBA (Agri-Business preferred)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Candidate needs to be domiciled in the location and proficient in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
