Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to manage end-to-end import, logistics, supply chain, and domestic delivery operations. The role will involve close coordination with Accounts, Sales, freight partners, and customs agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage imports, freight coordination, shipping lines, customs clearance, and duty payments.
  
• Handle Bill of Entry (BOE), knock-offs, and import documentation.
  
• Coordinate with Accounts for LCs, bank documentation, and duty payments.
  
• Manage domestic freight partners, negotiate rates, and verify logistics charges.
  
• Coordinate with Sales on stock availability, lead times, and delivery updates.
  
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely deliveries.
  
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
  
• Supervise and mentor the Junior Operations Associate.
