Location:** Remote (Offshore)

Employment Type:Permanent / 6+ Months Contract

### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing, Cost Management, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain processes. The consultant will be involved in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post -go -live support.

Required Experience

* 8+ years of Oracle SCM experience.

* 3+ Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation projects.

* Multiple end -to -end Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing implementations.

* Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.

* Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.

### Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze business requirements.

* Conduct workshops and fit -gap analysis.

* Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules.

* Prepare functional documents and process flows.

* Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production activities.

* Work with technical teams on integrations and customizations.

* Support manufacturing and costing processes.

* Provide post -go -live support and issue resolution.

### Preferred Skills

* Oracle Fusion Procurement knowledge.

* Oracle Supply Planning experience.

* Item Master and Product Management expertise.

* Multi -Org and Global Supply Chain experience.

* Manufacturing industry project experience.

* Strong communication and client -facing consulting skills.
