About your role

We’re looking for a high-performing, driven, and curious Senior Outbound SDR to join our global Sales Development team. You’ll focus on prospecting and engaging decision-makers in the private equity, venture capital, and real estate investment ecosystem, booking meetings for our Account Executives to build a strong and predictable pipeline.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is eager to break into enterprise sales.

What you’ll do

Outbound Sales

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for Juniper Square’s offerings through proactive outbound prospecting

  • Research and strategically target decision-makers across private equity, real estate, and venture capital firms

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including 100–150 calls per day, 25–30 personalized emails, and targeted LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups to generate meetings with qualified prospects

  • Run structured multi-touch outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn to consistently drive engagement

  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in Salesforce and Outreach

  • Share insights from prospect conversations to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies

  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs around meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and outbound activity metrics

Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of outbound sales experience in a SaaS BDR/SDR role, preferably within the fintech industry

  • Proven success in high-volume outbound prospecting, engaging Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently generate qualified pipeline through outbound motion and book meetings in complex B2B environments

  • Strong cold calling, objection handling, and discovery skills with the ability to create interest from net-new prospects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for crafting personalized outbound messaging

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently, stay disciplined with outreach, and consistently hit outbound KPIs

  • Hands-on experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Experience prospecting into private equity, real estate, or financial services firms is a strong plus

  • Ability to work night shift (7:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

    • Hybrid flexibility, though proximity to the office for event-based attendance is preferred.
